We have a requirement for a Client Relationship Co-Ordinator to join our expanding company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relationship management, with experience in the housebuilding or construction sector preferred. Proven skills in communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.

Our office is an open-plan environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork. Standard hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with an early finish at 4:30 pm on Fridays.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Research prospects and opportunities
  • Call new prospects
  • Arrange meetings
  • Client Liaison
  • Assistance with conversions
  • Work with Marketing Manager on campaigns and marketing material
  • Direct marketing
  • Attending networking events
  • Client entertaining – arranging and attending
  • Updating CRM Systems
  • Merchandise

Person Requirements:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility in response to changing business needs and challenges.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of work.
  • UK Driving License
