To be recognized for our apprenticeship programme is an exceptional accolade for us, the investment JLES has put into apprentices has been pivotal towards the development of JLES and our apprentices are the reason we are able to carry out an exceptional service. In 2021 we recruited 17 apprentices and currently 44% of our workforce are working towards a qualification, the development and training of young people has been one of the highest priorities for us since JLES was founded.

Not only are we proud to be recognized for this, but we are extremely proud to see the professional development and personal growth of every one of our apprentices. At JLES, we have had multiple employees who have been promoted through the ranks from apprentice to Director which demonstrates how our apprentices are nurtured and guided to become the best version of themselves personally and professionally.
