We are looking for a proactive and motivated SHEQ Coordinator (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) to join our growing organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic and forward-thinking business, working alongside some of the UK’s leading housebuilders within a fast-paced and expanding sector.
The successful candidate will playa key role in promoting and developing a positive health, safety, quality and environmental culture across the business. Working closely with operational teams, you will help ensure compliance with current legislation, industry best practice and company standards, while supporting the continual improvement of our Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) management systems across all UK regions.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a Health & Safety, Quality or Compliance role, or a strong background in the construction industry with a sound understanding of industry practices and legislation. You will be highly organised, an effective communicator and committed to driving continuous improvement across the business.
A full UK driving licence is essential, as regular travel to our regional offices and sites throughout the UK will be required.
