• Region of the Year: South West

The South West region’s innovative approaches and consistent results were celebrated as a shining example of hard work and dedication. This recognition underscores their role in setting a high standard for excellence across JLES.

• Employee of the Year: Charlie Lacey

Charlie’s exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills have been pivotal in driving JLES forward. Their contributions embody the values and commitment that define our success.

• Apprentice of the Year: Grace Jack

Grace has demonstrated remarkable growth and enthusiasm in her apprenticeship. Her potential is an exciting prospect for our future, and we look forward to her continued success.

Exciting Plans for 2024 and Beyond

Looking ahead, we are thrilled to be entering our 20th year in business, a milestone that reflects JLES’ resilience and evolution. Among the topics discussed were exciting ventures for each of our regions and the potential for a Management Buy-Out (MBO), setting the stage for dynamic growth.

While the past few years have presented challenges due to a demanding housing market, we are optimistic and excited to see advancements throughout the coming year.
