JLES Exeter is being set up following growth within the housing market in the South West and to help serve our existing / new client-base in the Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, and Dorset areas.

JLES Exeter will be offering the same services as our other regions, which includes the following:

– Post Build Adoption Package
– All risk, lump sum adoption packages
– Road, sewer, and public space adoptions
– Bond management and cash bond reclaims.
