We’re so proud to have, once again received this accolade from Housebuilder, which is significant of our commitment to support the housebuilding industry. The PBA Package is key to the JLES business model and receiving commendation for this service is motivation for us to continue to grow and take on new challenges.

The JLES Post Build Adoption Package sees us assume complete responsibility for the remaining infrastructure works of a development, immediately after the units are complete. We then take the site to its proper conclusion, fulfilling all Section Agreement obligations on our client’s behalf. This allows them to focus on their next scheme in the comfort of knowing that their adoption responsibilities will be efficiently managed and discharged by JLES.
